Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Education Sector
Location: Durham (City Centre)
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE Year 1 £32,000-£38,000)
Contract: Full-time | Start Aug/Sept

Recruit teachers & school support staff for local schools
Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
Source talent via advertising, networking & interviews
Create compelling CVs & profiles to market candidates
Work to achievable KPIs while boosting your earnings
Develop expertise in education recruitment and the local market
What We're Looking For
Graduates, ex-teachers, or professionals from sales, estate agency, customer service, or call centres
Confident, resilient, and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
Excellent communicators who thrive under pressure and stay organised
Driven by targets and eager to make a positive impact in education
Degree preferred but not essential - full training provided
