Key Responsibilities:
* Start in a 180 recruitment role, focusing on candidate generation and supporting the recruitment process.
* Develop a strong understanding of the healthcare recruitment market.
* Build relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
* Conduct interviews, market research, and candidate sourcing.
* Progress quickly into a 360 recruitment consultant role, managing the full recruitment cycle from client acquisition to candidate placement.
