We’re looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in recruitment, customer service, and sales. You’ll learn how to source and match candidates to exciting job opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support business growth – all while receiving full training and development.
What You’ll Do

Build relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring they’re happy with the service we provide.

Learn how to source and select candidates using online platforms, adverts, and networking.
*
Keep our database up to date with candidate and client information.
*
Support the recruitment process from start to finish – including interviews, inductions, and job briefings.
*
Take part in on-call rota duties (with full support and training).
*
Identify opportunities to grow the business and pass them on to senior team members.
*
Get involved in company meetings, reporting, and training to help you grow your skills.
