WHAT YOU'LL GET
£24,000-£24,750 base salary
Uncapped commission from day one (no thresholds)
Year 1 OTE: £35K-£45K
Year 3 OTE: £100K+ (realistic)

Build your own client and candidate network in a specialist market (Tech, IT, or Engineering)
Manage the full recruitment process - from winning business to placing candidates
Make sales calls, pitch roles, negotiate offers, and close deals
Work to clear KPIs and performance targets
Build strong relationships over the phone and in personWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
No experience required - full training provided
Some sales, customer service, or recruitment experience is a bonus
Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to new people
Ambitious, success-driven and money-motivated individuals
Resilient, target-driven, and motivated to succeed
Commercially aware and quick-thinking
