Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer
Since opening our doors, we’ve enjoyed month on month growth; so much so that we are now in the fortunate enough position to be looking to grow our team.
As a result we are on the hunt for an exceptionally driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer to work out of our Portchester offices. It really is an exceptional opportunity for an individual keen to get into the world of recruitment all while having the visibility of what it means to be part of a boutique & growing recruitment agency.
You’re role will be varied. As cliché as we know it sounds, no two days will be the same & it’ll be our “job” to ensure that we teach you all there is to know about Recruitment, to better you, your skillset & your understanding of everything that comes with the recruitment process.
So, what will you be getting involved in? With the assistance of the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
* Growing business with both new and existing clients
* Qualify candidate's suitability for a position and person specifications to maximize each opportunity for placements.
* Arrange and attend Client Meeting
* Understand the requirements of each client & successful match the right candidate to the right opportunity
So, what skillset might you possess?
* You’ll be confident on the phone’ with coachable telephone skills
* Confident talking to an array of different types of people
* Be technically savvy; know you’re way around Outlook, Word, Excel etc
* Have the drive & passion to deliver consistent results
* Be willing to learn
