Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need prior recruitment experience to thrive here. If you have a passion for education and love helping others succeed, we want to hear from you. You might have worked in:
Secondary education – as a teacher, TA, or school support staff
Sports coaching – bringing motivation, resilience, and team spirit
Sales or customer service – with a talent for building relationships and hitting goals
We're looking for someone who’s people-focused, driven to succeed, and excited about joining a high-performing, purpose-led team.
A driving licence is essential for this role.
What You’ll Do
Build trusted relationships with secondary schools across Devon & Cornwall
Source, interview, and place educators into roles that make a difference
Advertise vacancies and attract top talent
Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to successful placement
Provide outstanding support to clients and candidates
