A client of ours in the Basildon area are recruiting a Trainee Road Freight Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm and paying £21,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Creating jobs and manifests
Invoicing out in a timely manner
Obtaining and preparing documents for the customs team to process
Filing
Liaising with our overseas agents
Providing excellent Customer Service over phone and emailSkills and Experience required to be considered for this Trainee Road Freight Administrator position:
1+ years of customer service, office, admin and secretarial experience
GCSE Grade 5 (C) or above in Maths and English
Confident communicator
Excellent attention to detail
