Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing Southampton-based organisation looking for enthusiastic Trainee Sales Assistants to join their face-to-face charity fundraising and sales team.
No previous sales, fundraising, or customer service experience needed - full training provided from day one.
What you'll do:
  * 
    Engage members of the public face-to-face in your local community.
  * 
    Represent well-known charities, sharing their mission and impact.
  * 
    Build rapport, answer questions, and guide new supporters through sign-up.
  * 
    Work towards individual and team sales targets.
What we're looking for:
  * 
    Friendly, confident, and a strong communicator.
  * 
    Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.
  * 
    Comfortable in a customer-facing, target-driven, sales role.
  * 
    Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, leisure, healthcare, education, or graduates all welcome.

    Total earnings of up to £1,935 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
