P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator/Property Administrator to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting the sales team
* Preparing property details, window cards, letters and emails
* Handling administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly
* Building strong relationships with clients
* Booking market appraisals and viewings
Person Specification:
* Previous experience desired but not essential
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
* A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for the role)
* Motivation to learn and develop professionally
* Excellent IT skills
Working Hours:
* Monday - Friday 09:00 to 17:00 (1 hour for lunch)
