Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our client as a SALES TRAINEE. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in the Steel industry.
Our client is within the steel manufacturing sector who offers metalwork solutions across Yorkshire and the surrounding areas. They are based in Donacster (DN5)
Salary: Negotiable based on skills & experience
Competitive compensation package additonal to basic salary.
Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm (Can be flexible on this)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learn about our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers
Assist senior sales representatives in prospecting, lead generation, and customer outreach
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactionsABOUT YOU:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
Ability to work well in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
