Vision for Education is looking for aspiring SEN Teaching Assistants to join our Trainee Teaching Assistant Programme for specialist SEN schools in Ashford. No prior experience is needed – just enthusiasm, commitment, and a desire to support children with additional needs.
About the Role:
As a Trainee SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils with a range of special needs (including autism, speech and language needs, ADHD, and learning difficulties).
Help deliver tailored lessons and activities, supporting pupils both academically and emotionally.
Be part of a supportive team within a specialist school environment.
Receive free, accredited training and ongoing support from Vision for Education.
