Senior Salmon are working in partnership with Schoolblazer to recruit Sewing Machinists for positions starting in the next few weeks at their purpose built Facility in Sutton In Ashfield.
Schoolblazer are a leading supplier of uniforms and sportswear for independent schools across the UK and into Europe and we are looking for both trained machinists and people that have never sewn a stitch in their life.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Get Paid to learn a skill that will stay with you all your life.
Duties for the Sewing Machinist:
• Follow an operating instruction for the particular job.
• Personalisation on items
• Sewing in name tags and badges
• Draw threads through needles and adjust machine functions
• Quality Control checks.
• Industrial Machine experience
Candidates must possess the following qualities
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
