Are you looking to kick-start your career in construction site management? We’re recruiting on behalf of a major construction company, a dynamic and growing main contractor, who are on the lookout for a motivated Trainee Site Manager to join their team.

The Project and Role (Trainee Site Manager)
My client have secured new projects in Berkshire and West London all within the New Build Commercial sector with project values roughly sitting around the £10m mark each.
* Supporting Site Managers in the day-to-day running of projects
* Learning to coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
* Assisting with health & safety checks and site documentation
* Gaining hands-on experience in project delivery from start to finish
* Shadowing experienced managers to fast-track your development
What we’re looking for:
* A construction-related qualification (or currently working towards one) - my client will offer continued sponsorship!
* Some site experience (placement, apprenticeship, or similar) would be a bonus – but not essential
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A real passion for developing a career in construction management
