Trainee SMT Operator

Rugby

£13 per hour

 Mon–Fri 7am–4pm

Full Time Temp to Perm

A busy engineering company in Rugby is looking for a hands-on, tech-minded person to train as an SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operator where you run automated machines that manufacture circuit boards.

What you'll be doing: Operating machinery, changing programs, quality checking, and handling precision components in a fast-paced production environment.

You'll need: Some basic electronics or electrical assembly experience and confidence using computers.
