Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Paint Sprayers within the aviation industry. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a highly skilled trade, with the potential for long-term career growth.
Duties:
Learn and apply new painting techniques under supervision as training progresses.
Assist in preparing aircraft surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards.
Support general hangar operations, including moving parts and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
Key Details:
Rate: €16.10
Hours: 55-60 hours per week available
Accommodation and travel: Provided
Language requirement: Must speak English to attend and complete the interview
Performance bonus: Higher rates may be offered based on interview performance
Requirements:
Basic English language skills (required for interview and training)
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexibility to work extended hours when required
