Trainee Teaching Assistant Liverpool Full training provided £13.68 - £15 per hour - Salary depends on experience and/or qualifications.  Vision for Education are excited to offer a bespoke opportunity for passionate people who want to begin a career in the education sector. We work closely with our partner schools to provide Trainee Teaching Assistants with high-quality training and paid, on-the-job experience. Are you looking to start a career in education? No previous experience or qualifications are required – just a love for helping others. Following a successful interview and pending suitability, safeguarding and identity checks, we will work to secure you a paid placement in a school to further develop your skills. We will help you to develop your identity as an educator within an SEND school. Before starting your placement, you will complete a comprehensive training programme delivered by Vision for Education and school leaders, giving you the essential skills you need to work as a Teaching Assistant. Teaching Assistants play a vital role in the smooth running of schools. The most effective TAs are strong communicators, passionate about supporting children’s day-to-day needs, and able to build positive relationships with staff, pupils and families. The role of a Teaching Assistant varies from school to school. You may be supporting the teacher in whole-class lessons, running small group interventions, or working 1:1 to ensure children get the support they need to thrive. You have a passion for supporting and helping children You are dedicated to improving outcomes for all children You are kind, caring and compassionate You are proactive and a good communicator You are able to work collaboratively in a team You are committed to completing the required training and participating in ongoing CPD. You are willing to pay for an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service.
