Trainee Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools (NP12 Area)
Location: NP12 (Blackwood and surrounding areas)

Salary: £83.85 - £95.00 per day (depending on experience and role)

Teaching Personnel is seeking caring and motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Teaching Assistants in local primary schools across the NP12 area. Your Role Will Include:
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Helping pupils with reading, writing, and numeracy
Encouraging positive behaviour and participation
Assisting with classroom activities and preparation
Providing one-to-one or small group support
Who We’re Looking For:
No prior experience required – just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) desirable
A patient, nurturing approach to working with children
DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
