We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time trainee ticketing agent to join a growing Corporate Travel company based in the Canterbury area.
The role:
Handling ticket sales
Making reservations
Providing excellent customer service
Interacting with customers
Managing reservations
Supporting sales efforts
Working closely with the team to ensure seamless travel arrangements for our clientsQualifications:
Skills in Ticket Sales and Reservations
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience or interest in Sales
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting
Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in travel or a related field is beneficialThe package:
A salary of circa £24,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience
Monday - Friday working hours
