Do you have sales experience and looking to enter the travel industry? Platinum Travel Recruitment are collaborating with a forward thinking and fabulous travel company now seeking a Travel Consultant to join their vibrant and supportive travel team.
If you have customer service experience and posses a ‘get up and go’ attitude with a huge passion for the travel industry we want to hear from you.
This is an exciting time to progress your career in travel with an established travel company.
Travel Consultant Duties:
  * Arranging bespoke trips overseas from Europe to the Caribbean.
  * Delivering cutting-edge, five-star customer service from a client’s first inquiry to their return home.
  * Communicating with clients over the phone and via email.
  * Calculating travel rates.
  * Uploading a range of travel properties and information to the website.
  * Processing all associated administrative tasks.
Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:
  * Sales and customer service experience is ideal or a travel graduate
  * Passion for the travel industry
  * Able to work in the office full time – one a day week from home possible after probation
  * Excellent communication skills
  * Excellent maths skills
