Trainee Validation Engineer
Location: Field-Based (UK, Hospital and Laboratory Sites)
Starting Salary: £28,000 + company van + tools + laptop + mobile
Structured salary growth to £38,000 after 3 years

What You'll Do:
Carry out testing, validation, and maintenance of critical decontamination equipment (autoclaves, washers, disinfectors) across NHS hospitals, labs, and government facilities
Train to work to the highest UK standards (HTM guidelines, UKAS testing)
Learn directly from industry experts with over 20+ years’ experience
Gain hands-on field experience from week one
Achieve recognised internal certifications and OEM-specific qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
Basic engineering background (mechanical, electrical, process, or similar)
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally
Great communication skills and attention to detail
A genuine interest in developing a specialist technical career
