Trainee Water Engineer – Cardiff
Location: South West
Salary: From £25,397.00 per year
Hours: Full-time, permanent (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with overtime available)
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Water Engineer to join our Cardiff based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to work across installation, maintenance and repair tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) servicing
Complete minor plumbing repairs effectively
Record and report daily activities using digital software
Support and deliver Water Technician tasks, including monitoring and maintenance
Ensure all work is conducted to the highest standards of compliance and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
Full, clean UK driving licence
NVQ Level 2 or C&G Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing is essential
Able to pass an enhanced DBS
Ideally based within a commutable distance of Cardiff
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
