Your main responsibilities will include: Learning Non-Destructive Testing: You will gain hands-on experience testing various aircraft components according to original manufacturers' manuals and instructions. Cylinder Inspection: Learn to inspect and test oxygen cylinders, ensuring safety and compliance with guidelines. Quality Assurance: Maintain and observe quality standards and procedures to ensure the highest level of workmanship. Safety First: Help establish a legally compliant and safe working environment for all team members. Reporting: Prepare workshop reports and material reviews to assist purchasing and commercial departments in creating accurate customer estimates. Customer Focus: Understand and exceed customer needs to deliver exceptional service. Team Collaboration: Support training initiatives for fellow team members, sharing knowledge and skills. Company Procedures: familiarise yourself with our client's MOE (Manual of Operations) and adhere to company procedures.
