The Role
As a Trainer in Construction (Property Maintenance), you’ll play a key role in guiding and supporting apprentices to success.
You will:
*
Deliver and assess apprenticeship standards in Property Maintenance.
*
Support learners through a blend of remote sessions and workplace visits.
*
Prepare apprentices for End Point Assessments with structured, engaging training.
*
Embed safeguarding, equality & diversity, and health & safety in every session.
*
Work collaboratively with learners, employers, and internal teams to ensure strong progression outcomes.
*
Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and learning resources.
About You
You’ll bring hands-on experience and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
*
Extensive industry experience in Construction or Property Maintenance.
*
A recognised teaching qualification (CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE or equivalent).
*
A recognised assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, D32/D33 or equivalent).
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*
A valid driving licence and flexibility to travel across the North West.
