About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled IPC Trainer to deliver high-quality training in IPC 610 and IPC 7711 standards to our client's workforce. Alongside your training responsibilities, you will also play a hands-on role in their operations, contributing to technical assembly tasks when training demand allows.

Your Responsibilities:
🔹 Maintain and uphold your own IPC certification level
🔹 Train and certify team members in IPC 610 & IPC 7711 standards
🔹 Provide operational support within the production team when not training
🔹 Stay up to date with IPC standards and contribute to process improvements
🔹 Support new product introduction and ensure best practices are followed
What We’re Looking For:
✔ A certified IPC Trainer (or willingness to maintain certification)
✔ Experience in technical assembly, electronics, or manufacturing
✔ A passion for training, coaching, and developing others
✔ Strong understanding of IPC 610 & IPC 7711 standards
✔ Class 1 and Class 2 Soldering Experience
✔ A team player who promotes continuous improvement and high standards
