Set up room/sign in sheets printed for next day’s training if applicable.
Assigning reference numbers for toolbox talks when sent.
Log any returned toolbox talks in TBT matrixes

Training reminders - reminder of any external training the week after
Provisits for trainers/delegates
Sign in Sheets – print out and put in room ready for next day
Wifi access for trainers
Meeting actions for weekly meeting
Review matrix frequently – what courses need booking, email providers for potential dates – look/book ahead
TBT Update every week
Training hours for the previous week – sent to HR
Any personal expenses from site visits
Fryer training report – update matrix, assign courses, email out
Filing/Admin
Site planned training review with regional training manager (Bi-Weekly)
Monthly
Site visits to Wombourne/Hull - these must all be listed on team dashboard
* Use the opportunity to carry out all physical actions such as filing for that site
* Use time to speak to stakeholders on site re any issues that have arisen
* Be on site if needed for external training provided
Monthly Dashboard/Risk Pillar Report ( By 2nd working day of month) - this needs to be kept up to date through the previous month
Regional Technical Training Report
Risk Pillar slides for Risk Pillar meetings – per site
Provisits for Site Inductions – week before the induction
Starters/Leavers report - update matrix and toolbox talk, review training requirements for new starters/engineers
Shared role between 2 site
Expected to travel once a month with overnight stay max 1 night a month
Doing dashboards and mange the training and the person liases with the shifts to ensurte people are made available and invoices are raised
Travel to Birmingham
1 in scarborough and hull
1 in the south
Staying over night paid for expenses

Hire car made available for them
Sat with site trainer a lady and if he is on site he will be working with there aswell and a large training room used for training, quite a busy
Whittlesey is a training cabin a porter cabin and training room behind and would be sitting with site trainer
8-4 with half an hour break unpaid
