We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Administrator based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.
Summary of the Training Administrator role…
Salary: up to £27,000 per annum
Location: Biggleswade
Type of Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract basis
Hours: 40 hour working week
Responsibilities of the Training Administrator:
Prepare course notes and paperwork for each training course.
Organise marketing stands at exhibitions to promote the training cours.
Book test details.
Record and monitor all training information.
Respond to customer enquiries regarding training matters.
Prepare invoices.
Construct tender and proposal documentation.
Requirements for a successful Training Administrator:
Previous administration experience in a busy and varied environment.
Experience in preparing tender and proposal documentation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good customer service skills.
