Ensure records are accurate, up to date and audit‑ready, escalating risks where required. * Stakeholder Support & Advice: Work closely with HR, site leadership and partner organisations to ensure consistent application of training standards. Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on training and competence requirements, and support regular reporting on progress and risks. * Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving training processes, systems and documentation, capturing feedback from stakeholders and learners to enhance effectiveness and delivery. You will support a positive learning culture and ensure training activities meet the needs of a complex, fast‑paced project environment.
