Location: Worcester
Salary: £27K
Position is full time office based
ABOUT
Redwood Search is working with a well-established and growing organisation that continues to go from strength to strength. We are recruiting a Training Co-Ordinator who will be responsible for scheduling and managing training events within the office and on site at their clients offices. We are ideally seeking a candidate with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organisational skills are essential.
In this role, you will be required to:
* Coordinate and schedule training events in line with agreed timelines.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
* Order materials and prepare all course content, including handouts and technical requirements.
* Accurately log all information in the CRM system.
* Troubleshoot any on-site issues by collaborating with relevant departments.
* Book venues, trainers, accommodation, and travel.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong organisational skills.
* Proficiency with computers.
* Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* The ability to work independently.
