Key Responsibilities

Gain a thorough understanding of new contract requirements to develop effective training and process implementation strategies
*
Review and enhance existing operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience
*
Deliver engaging training sessions in both classroom and remote formats, using a range of interactive and innovative methods
*
Support the development and integration of e-learning materials as part of the training offering
*
Conduct training needs assessments through delivery reviews, quality assurance checks, and competency evaluations
*
Design and deliver remedial training programs tailored to address identified skill gaps
*
Collaborate with mobilisation and operational teams to embed learning initiatives into daily business practices
Skills & Qualifications
*
Proficient in written and spoken English
*
Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and collaborative tools
*
Proven ability to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
*
Technically proficient with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or other process mapping software
*
Solid understanding of data analysis techniques to inform training and performance development
