Role: Training Instructor Position: Contract Location: Hinkley Point C (4 days per week onsite) Duration: Ongoing Pay: £204 (paye) to £281 (umbrella) Build the Future with the UK's Largest Infrastructure Project Rullion is proud to partner with one of the UK's most ambitious energy projects - Hinkley Point C (HPC) - in search of a highly capable Training Instructor to join them. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive team with a broad mix of skills, experience and knowledge - and to be part of something genuinely meaningful. The Role As a Training Instructor, you'll be part of the Nuclear Skills Alliance (NSA) EPR Project Training Team, supporting the HPC Construction and Commissioning Operations (CommOps) organisation. The majority of your work will involve delivering class-based and scenario-based training, ensuring our workforce is confident, capable and prepared to respond effectively in a safety-critical environment. Principal Accountabilities Delivering approved training materials clearly and effectively to a diverse audience * Leading classroom-based and scenario-based sessions with a strong focus on fire watcher training, IOSH accredited programmes, industrial safety, and emergency preparedness * Supporting workforce development in areas such as incident response, safety awareness, and safe working practices in high-hazard environments * Contributing to team objectives alongside personal targets Managing training schedules and maintaining accurate completion records * Working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with project needs * Driving SMART actions and following them through to successful delivery Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience Essential Experience & Skills: Brings a flexible, positive, can-do attitude and wants to make a difference * Communicates clearly and adapts their style to suit different audiences * Enjoys presenting, instructing and supporting others to develop * Is organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities * Works well in a team and is solutions-focused * Has basic IT skills (Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote) * Has an understanding of, or an interest in, training delivery in fire watcher duties, safety, and emergency preparedness Are you ready to be part of a project that's reshaping the energy landscape of the UK?
