Core Duties

Identify training needs for new and existing employees
*
Coordinate and provide ad hoc training as needed
*
Deliver job-specific, refresher, and key skills training
*
Ensure completion and understanding of Job Specific SOPs
*
Maintain and update training matrices and related documentation
*
Organise and coordinate training sessions, including logistics and materials
*
Provide regular reports on training progress and ongoing project
*
Offer operational support during busy periods when required
Your Profile
*
Strong communication and people skills, with confidence to delegate when needed
*
Well-organised and adaptable, able to manage shifting priorities
*
Motivated and results-driven, with the energy to thrive under pressure
*
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other basic IT systems
*
Flexible with working hours to suit business needs
*
Fluent in written and spoken English
