What We Offer:
Competitive base salary of £35,000 per annum
28 days of annual leave, including Bank Holidays, plus an incremental holiday scheme

Key Responsibilities:
Bootcamp Logistics: Plan and coordinate monthly online and in-person training programs.
Facilitated Training: Deliver engaging sessions that align with company and FCA regulatory standards.
Coaching & Assessment: Offer 1:1 and group coaching, monitor progress, and ensure learners meet sales competence benchmarks.
Content Development: Create and update e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and interactive materials.
Evaluation & Adaptation: Measure training effectiveness and adapt programs to support real-world skill transfer.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with L&D, compliance, product teams, and senior stakeholders to keep content current and accurate.
Continuous Professional Growth: Stay updated on PMI developments and adult learning best practices.
Who We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
Passion for helping others grow and succeed
Excellent verbal and written communication
Confident presenter in both virtual and face-to-face environments
Proficiency in MS Teams, PowerPoint, and digital tools
Self-motivated, organised, and proactive
Strong time-management and stakeholder collaboration skills
Commitment to inclusive, adaptable training for learners of all backgrounds
Reflective mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
A willingness to learn and unlearn in a fast-changing environment
Nice-to-Haves:
Knowledge of PMI products and FCA regulations
Experience in a contact centre or sales environment
Competence-based assessment and performance coaching (1:1 & group)
Formal training qualification (e.g., CIPD, Train the Trainer)
Understanding of evidence-based learning and adult learning theories
