Our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership in Gloucester, is seeking an experienced and professional Transaction Manager to join their dynamic team.

Oversee the sale of vehicles, ensuring the sale of finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products aligns with FCA guidelines
Provide guidance and training to the sales team on finance and insurance processes
Assist in closing vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part-exchanges
Complete regular reporting on finance and insurance sales performance
Ensure compliance throughout the sales process
Build and maintain outstanding customer relationships
Support the sales team in achieving set targets and enhancing their product knowledge
Assist in developing new initiatives to boost sales efficiency and customer satisfactionRequirements:

Proven experience as a Transaction Manager or in a similar level role within a franchise-approved car dealership
Strong knowledge of finance, insurance, warranties, and relevant automotive products
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to motivate and upskill team members
Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Gloucester
A full UK driving license with minimal points
Results-driven with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
