Our client requires a Business Manager / Transaction Manager to join their successful sales department in the Weston-Super-Mare area
Working for an Automotive Dealer Group, the successful Business / Transaction Manager will become an integral cog in this dual-franchise site.
You can expect On Target Earnings of £56,000 with a base salary of £30,000 with the working hours of Mon-Sat with one scheduled day off in the week and 1 in 2 Sun required.

An uncapped and realistic on-target-earnings of £57,000+ per annum based on sales performance.

Working hours from Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm with one scheduled day off in the week. Saturdays are 8.30am-5.00pm and Sundays are 10.00am-4.00pm with 1 in 2 Sundays required.Duties:
Understanding all aspects of financial and insurance product regulation
Monitoring Finance and Insurance performance against company budget
Supporting the Car Sales staff on a daily basis
Build a rapport with Customers Requirements:
Have a previous experience within a Dealership environment
Excellent Customer Service Skills
A proven Career History as a Business / Transaction Manager– with figures to prove it
