Transactional Finance Manager
Location: Manchester (WFH and flexible working policies)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + benefits

As a Transactional Finance Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day finance operations in a hands-on role that provides autonomy, visibility, and the chance to make a real impact. This progressive, forward-thinking company offers genuine career development and flexible working arrangements.
The Role
* Oversee accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, VAT, and bank payments
* Maintain accurate records and support month/year-end close
* Build strong supplier and customer relationships
* Provide reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making
* Drive process improvements and efficiencies
The Candidate
* AAT qualified (or equivalent) with strong transactional finance experience
* Knowledge of Xero (or similar) preferred
* Detail-focused, deadline-driven, and proactive
* Confident communicator, able to collaborate across international teams
The Offer
* Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
* Office-based role in Manchester with flexibility
* Long-term, stable position with international exposure
