The Opportunity
This Manager role sits within the Transaction Support team of the firm's Corporate Finance division. The position offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic advisory practice, delivering buy-side and sell-side support on domestic and international M&A transactions. Clients include strategic acquirers, private equity firms, and financial institutions.You'll be part of a senior-led advisory team with oversight of full due diligence processes. Beyond technical delivery, you'll be encouraged to engage in business development, team leadership, and market visibility initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead initial discussions with clients to scope out due diligence requirements
Draft compelling proposals and participate in introductory client meetings
Prepare and review due diligence reports that are detailed, well-structured, and insight-driven.
Coordinate cross-functional input (e.g. tax advisory) into transaction support documents
Mentor and support the career development of junior team members
Build relationships in the regional transaction market and contribute to business growth efforts
Demonstrate ownership and accountability in day-to-day project managementCandidate Profile
Minimum 2 years' experience in transaction services or wider corporate finance
Fully qualified professional (ACA preferred; others considered)
Proven high performer and team contributor
Energetic, self-motivated, and aligned with the team's growth ambitions
Experience in staff management and mentoring
