Are you an experienced Transfer Pricing specialist looking to take the next step in your career? Your New Role As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will take ownership of a varied and technically challenging portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and developing long‑term client relationships Leading end‑to‑end delivery of transfer pricing engagements, including scoping, project management, delivery and billing Supporting Partners and Directors with business development, proposals and winning new work Training, mentoring and developing junior team members Applying deep technical expertise to deliver high‑quality, commercially focused advice Contributing to internal initiatives, continuous improvement and your own professional development Acting with integrity and in line with the firm's valuesYou'll be joining a team that supports clients across the full transfer pricing lifecycle - from design and implementation to documentation, compliance and audit defence. What You'll Need to Succeed A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA, CA, CFA, law qualification or equivalent) Post‑qualification experience in transfer pricing, either in practice or industry Strong technical knowledge of UK transfer pricing legislation and OECD guidelines Commercial awareness and the ability to deliver pragmatic, business‑focused solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills Strong analytical capability and the confidence to lead complex projects A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for developing yourself and othersYou don't need to tick every box - the firm will support your growth.
