Transformation Lead - GP Surgery | Beckenham | £50000 to £60000 per annum plus NHS Benefits
Redesign reimagine and lead real change at a surgery that is ready for its next chapter
A well established and proudly patient focused GP practice in Beckenham is looking for a Transformation Lead to join the senior leadership team and help shape the future of the surgery
This is not your typical practice management role. This is a chance to roll up your sleeves work alongside a supportive GP partnership and an experienced practice manager and fundamentally improve the way the surgery operates with full backing to make bold and meaningful changes
What is the role
You will be working at the heart of the surgery's leadership team with a brief to
Review and improve clinical and non clinical systems and processes
Drive efficiency reduce friction and streamline day to day operations
Improve access patient experience and staff wellbeing
Implement best practice from across primary care and beyond
Be the go to for quality improvement transformation planning and operational excellenceIn short you will be the one asking "How can we do this better" and then empowered to make it happen
What kind of background are we looking for
This would ideally suit
An experienced Practice Manager Business Manager or PCN Manager who has led change projects
Someone who has worked on CQC readiness digital transformation QOF optimisation or access improvement
A natural problem solver with the credibility to influence clinical and operational teams
Someone with a strong understanding of primary care and a clear vision of what good looks like What is on offer
Salary between £50000 and £60000 per annum depending on experience
