Transition Coordinator
Location Remote
Pay £30p/h PAYE umbrella (equivalent of £42.5k-a-year)
Hours 40 hours-a-week

You will be working for one of the largest facilities coordinators in the UK based remotely working for a blue chip retail client of theirs.
Responsibilities
Utilities
* Initial utility transfer for all sites being added to the network in their region.
* Documentation of all utility info in required locations.
* Assist clients with utility applications for new service.
* Ongoing support/resolution of utility payment issues (mystery tickets, shut offs, etc) in their region.
Document Turnover
* Set up project folders for sites in their region, and request stakeholder access to folders as required.
* Review and validate uploaded documents and report their findings to their Transition Manager.
* Transfer documents from one database to another, as required.
* Documentation of all documents received/outstanding for each project in the required location.
General
* Pipeline site tracking – review various site trackers published by the client and work with their Transition Manager to update applicable information for all pipeline sites in their region on a weekly basisBefore You Apply
