Job Description
I am recruiting for a Transition Teacher to join a Secondary school in the Calderdale area from September 25. The role is full-time and can lead to a permanent position.
This role would suit a Secondary or Primary trained teacher or an SEN teacher.
Your new role:
Working with a small group of Year 7 students to help them transition into life at secondary school
This small group of students may have EHC plans or have Special Educational Needs.
You will work with this small cohort and teach across the subject range.
What you'll need to succeed
Hold a teaching qualification
Have experience of working with young people
What you'll get in return
Work in a supportive Multi Academy Trust
