This is a brand new role providing full support to the Transport and Logistics departmentYou will have a keen eye for detail and excellent inputting skills
Responsibilities:
* Updating daily order changes on system
* Inputting relevant data into Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis
* Providing full support to 2 members of staff with all admin requirements within the department
Requirements
* Previous experience in an office-based administrative role, ideally within a transport, logistics or operations environment.
* Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven setting with changing daily priorities.
* Organised, proactive and confident handling numerical information and operational data.
* A detail-focused and solutions-oriented approach to your work.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Confidence using MS Office, particularly Excel, to manage and update information.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams, depots and hauliers.
* Professional proficiency in English;
* Experience using SAP or similar systems is advantageous but not essential, but need to be IT literate .
