Transport Administrator - Immediate Start - Temp to Perm 🚛
📍 Location: Stanford-le-Hope (not accessible via public transport)
💰 Pay: £12.50 per hour
🕒 Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for logistics and transport coordination? Our client, a well-established company in Stanford-le-Hope, is seeking a Transport Administrator to join their busy team. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate - and they're looking for someone to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the transport team with daily administrative tasks
Coordinating delivery schedules and driver documentation
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Communicating with drivers and internal departments
Handling queries and resolving transport-related issues
Requirements:
Previous experience in a transport or logistics admin role preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and transport management systems
Must have access to own transport due to location
