Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator preferably from a transport background to work a temp to perm within their busy Transport Office
Working Monday to Friday either 11am – 7pm or 12:00 – 8PM – you can decide!
You will be talking with the drivers on a regular basis ensuring all their paperwork, run sheets and timesheet are all completed correctly.
Debriefing drivers when they return from their runs.
You will be entering details onto the computer ensuring all information is entered correctly.
There is a strong possibility you will take on the responsibility of booking vehicles in for services and MOT’s to ensure the smooth running of the fleet.
This is a very interesting and varied position. But you must be proactive and not sit back and wait for jobs to be given.
