Job Description

Transport Administrator
 Nottingham
 £28,000 - £30,000 Pro Rata | Temporary Contract to January 2027 + extension 
 Immediate opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join a busy fleet operation on a long-term temporary contract through to January 2027, highly likely to be extended.

This is a fast-paced, office-based role supporting the transport team with vehicle records, fleet maintenance administration and compliance. Ideal for an experienced Administrator with transport, logistics or fleet experience looking for an immediate start.

The Role

Transport and fleet administration
Updating vehicle maintenance records
Managing fleet databases and documentation
General data entry and office administration
Learning and using fleet management systems including Jaama Key2
Immediate startThe Person

Previous Administration or Office Administration experience
Transport, Fleet or Logistics experience preferred
Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
Confident in learning new databases and systems
Jaama Key2 experience is desirable
