Job Description
Staffline are currently recruiting for a temporary Transport Administrator to join our client based out of Manton Wood near Worksop.
Pay rates are as follows:
- Earn from £12.54 per hour
- Weekly overtime after 40 hours - 18.81 per hour
- Bank Holiday - £25.08 per hour
The role will consist of clerical duties and you will assist with the day to day running of the operation alongside the current team.
Your Time at Work
Some of the duties will include:
Assist in the completion of weekly transport data
Manage the recording of Drivers weekly working hours
Ensure that all drivers are pre-briefed and debriefed in conjunction with the debrief system and that all paperwork is accurately completed and signed.
Allocation and debrief on Microlise and MS Access.
Ensure all tachographs are downloaded in full at the beginning and end of each driver's shift in accordance with legal compliance.
Any other duties as reasonably requested
The working hours for this role are a rotation of shifts between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 Monday to Friday.
Immediate starts are available.

Good Microsoft Office knowledge
Excellent organisation skills.
Excellent communication skills- ability to deal with possible confrontational issues
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent customer service and influencing skills
Able to work both as part of a team or unsupervised
Have a flexible attitude towards tasks undertaken and at times, the hours of work
Desirable
An understanding of Tachograph compliance and WTD
Previous experience within a similar role
CPC or O Licence knowledge
