Transport Administrator
Ashbourne
£12.90p/h
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday
9am-5pm or 10am-6pm shift can be accommodated
*IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED*
Day to Day will include:
Assist the transport planners with day-to-day scheduling and driver planning
Prepare and manage delivery and compliance paperwork
Maintain accurate records for vehicle and driver documentation
Support with data entry, filing, and general office administration
Liaise with drivers, planners, and other departments to resolve queries
Ensure all transport-related documentation meets company and legal requirementsAbout you:
Previous experience in transport or logistics environment in an administrative position.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and transport systems/databases
Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Fluent in English both verbal and written
Ability to commute to site location – DE6
This role is offered initially on a temporary contract however permanent opportunity may be available after qualifying time period.
