Transport Coordinator 🚛
Salary: £25,500 per year
Shift: Monday to Friday, 12:30 – 20:00
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing automotive logistics company, known for handling the distribution of parts and products across the UK and Europe. They’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Transport Coordinator to join their team at a busy site in Hinckley.
📝 About the Role:
As a Transport Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day logistics. You’ll be working from our client’s premises and will be involved in a range of administrative and coordination tasks to support outbound transport.
Key responsibilities include:
* Booking transport for outgoing loads
* Labelling motorbikes for dispatch
* Completing drivers’ CMR and load documentation
* Carrying out computer-based admin tasks
* Recording and maintaining KPI data
* Verifying that customs documents match departing loads

* Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Confident using computers and transport management systems
* Comfortable speaking with drivers and customers face-to-face
* A team player with great attention to detail
