Job Description
Are you looking for a permanent role with a well-established company offering a fixed Sunday to Thursday night Shift? This exciting opportunity in Hardwicke that offers a competitive salary and a supportive, friendly working environment where your contributions really matter.

What you will be offered?
* Competitive salary between £28,000 and £34,000 per annum (depending on experience) – that’s approximately £2333 to £2833 per month!
* Fixed shift of Sunday to Thursday working 19:30-05:30

Key Responsibilities
* Communicating with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams to manage logistics efficiently
* Completing driver debriefs at the end of their shifts, qualifying any issues, returned deliveries and recording of driver hours
* Monitoring transport operations and resolving issues as they arise
* Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports
* Supporting compliance with health and safety and transport regulations
* Liaising with suppliers and third-party hauliers
What you need:
* Proven experience in transport coordination or logistics planning
* Knowledge of driving time directive to ensure all drivers are kept compliant and within regulations
* Previous experience in customer handling – dealing with on road issues, damaged deliveries and general enquiries to ensure a smooth operation
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* IT literate, with experience using transport management systems or similar software
* A flexible and proactive approach to work
