The Role
As Transport Operations Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of a busy transport operation in Aylesbury. You’ll manage route and load planning, driver welfare, vehicle compliance, and depot health & safety. Your leadership will ensure high performance and smooth operation across the fleet.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily transport and depot operations
* Plan routes and loads efficiently
* Support and develop drivers
* Oversee vehicle compliance and fleet management
* Lead health & safety practices
* Manage performance, training, and driver communication
* Maintain load quality and despatch standards
