Location: Dartford
Job Hours: 8:00am – 8:00pm, 4 on 4 off shift pattern
Integral Staff are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics company for an experienced Transport Planner to join their busy operation based in Dartford.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule daily transport operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective deliveries

Manage driver routes and workloads in line with customer requirements

Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Monitor and update transport management systems accurately and in real time
*
Ensure compliance with transport legislation, driver hours, and company policies
Requirements:

Previous experience in a transport planning or logistics coordination role
*
Strong geographical knowledge of the UK road network
*
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
*
Proficient in transport management systems and Microsoft Office
*
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a busy environment
